Gk9 Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Guide that is Fair and Transparent

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and gk9 ("Platform", "us"). This document governs your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by gk9.

By clicking the "Register" button, accessing your account, or using any part of the gk9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Gk9 reserves the right to reject registration applications or close existing accounts if any of the above conditions are found to be unmet, without being required to provide detailed reasons.

03 User Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the gk9 platform. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, email address, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. gk9 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login information.

If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, please contact the gk9 support team immediately so protective action can be taken.

04 Deposit & Payments

Gk9 accepts deposits via a range of supported local payment methods displayed in the Withdrawal and Payments section of the platform. All deposits are processed within Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• The minimum and maximum deposit limits for each payment method are displayed during the deposit process.
• Gk9 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges.
• All successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method.
• Gk9 does not accept deposits from credit cards or funds obtained through loans.
• Deposited funds must be your own and sourced from legitimate means.

05 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawing funds from your gk9 account is subject to an identity verification (KYC) process that must be completed before your first withdrawal request can be processed. This is a standard security measure to protect your account.

• Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified for the selected payment method.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise stated.
• Daily minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in your account section.
• Gk9 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected.
• Any active bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements will place a hold on withdrawals until the conditions are fulfilled.

09 Account Closure

Closure initiated by the member: You may close your gk9 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid remaining balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal once all reviews are completed.

Closure initiated by gk9: gk9 reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, or upon instruction from relevant authorities.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, gk9 reserves the right to forfeit any funds obtained through activities that breach our rules. Legitimately deposited funds may be recoverable subject to the outcome of gk9's internal investigation.

10 Privacy Policy

11 Limitation of Liability

• Gk9 is not liable for any service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party actions.
• Gk9 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Gk9's maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

12 Terms Amendment

Gk9 reserves the right to amend, add, or modify any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notifications of significant changes will be sent to members via their registered email or prominently displayed on the platform's home page at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the gk9 platform after any changes take effect will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect by contacting the gk9 support team.
